Invoicing HT (without VAT) for pros (1.6 & 1.7) + SuperUser

Why bill tax free

If you have foreign business customers, for example, it is normal to invoice tax free.
For the customer, it is simpler: he immediately sees the "real" price he is paying.
Otherwise the customer pays the VAT and then is obliged to apply to the tax office to recover the VAT, it is longer, restrictive and time-consuming.
You therefore have an advantage over your competitors who sell with taxes.

How to invoice without taxes

You have certainly already noticed the option native to PrestaShop in the customer groups "Price display" which allows to display the prices with or without taxes for the customer groups.
This option only allows you to modify the display of taxes, not invoicing.
If you put "without tax" for a given customer group, the customers of that customer group will see the prices without tax, but when paying, the prices will always be with tax.

Principle

This module allows you to invoice without taxes the groups of customers that you have selected in the configuration of the module. If a customer is in several customer groups, the default customer group will be taken into account.

Module configuration

1- select the groups of customers who will not pay VAT
2- select your country if you wish, this allows you to keep orders with taxes for customers who are in the same country as you.

For the SuperUser part, you can use it in the back office or directly in the front office.

SuperUser from the back office

For the "customer" field put at least 3 characters, the module will do a search on the first name, last name, email, company name, SIRET and APE.
A table will display the customers found with for information:

• id_customer
• first name
• name
• mail
• customer groups (the default customer group will be in bold)
• Country of the address (with id_address - id_country)
• Billing (depending on the saved configuration of the module and the customer's country)
• shop name
• The connection button

If you want to connect to the customer account, all you have to do is click on the connection button, you will be automatically and immediately logged in as the customer and without having to ask him for his password.
You can thus check that everything is ok at the front office.

SuperUser from the front office

To be able to access the SuperUser in front office, you must first register your IP in the module configuration (Customers tab). So the superuser block will not be displayed to your customers.
If you want several IPs, because you are several administrators you can put several IP addresses separated by a comma. If it is a test store, locally for example, you can put * the search block will be visible to everyone.

Once the logo is visible at the top left on the front office, click on it. A "search for a customer" field will appear. As in the back office put 3 characters to search for a customer. If the module finds customers it will not display a table as in the back office but a drop-down list. click on this list, choose your customer and click on the Connection button just below, you are immediately connected to the customer account.
